Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS.

  • Standard delivery time: 2–8 business days

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.


International Shipping

International orders are shipped via USPS.

  • Standard delivery time: 6–27 business days (depending on customs and destination)

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

  • Extended delivery times may occur due to customs inspections or international shipping delays.

2. Are the product photos accurate?

Yes. Most product images are taken by our in-house photographers to ensure accuracy and consistency. Only a few reference photos come from magazines or suppliers.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. You can change or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make any changes.

4. Do you support dropshipping?

Yes, we do.
You may download product images from our website and list them in your store.
To apply:

  • Contact us by submitting a support ticket and include your store link.

  • Once approved, your account will be marked as a dropshipper, and you’ll automatically receive VIP discounts on all orders.


Refunds & Returns

1. How do I receive a refund?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products for a full refund.
If return shipping costs exceed the product value, our support team will help you find a fair alternative solution.

2. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a full refund.
Please provide a photo of the damaged item and contact our customer service team at KatieKelley8715@outlook.com (or submit a ticket through your account).
We will respond within 24 hours and guide you through the refund process.
